Fimanekeni has a strong background in Financial Accounting and Business Administration, with qualifications from the University of Cape Town and the University of Namibia. He also holds the FMVA® certification from the Corporate Finance Institute. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Board, where he oversees strategic direction and business development.

Etuna brings expertise in financial management, investment strategy, and business growth, with a Bachelor’s in Business Science (Finance) and an ongoing Master’s in Development Finance from the University of Cape Town. As Finance Director, he leads financial strategy, capital optimisation, and supports the organisation’s long-term growth.

Hilja brings a strong research and science background, with a Master’s from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and degrees from the University of Cape Town and the University of Pretoria, as well as currently pursuing her PhD. As Board Member, she guides research, content development, and innovative digital solutions.

Lorenzo brings a strong legal and governance background, with qualifications including an LLB (Hons) from the University of Namibia and a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Johannesburg. As Board Member, he oversees compliance, governance, and operational excellence to advance the company’s mission.
