Foster Delivers Financial Literacy Training to SMEs in Partnership with NIPDB

Foster Digital Education recently had the privilege of conducting a vital financial literacy training program for Namibian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Ondangwa. This initiative was made possible through the generous support of The Rössing Foundation and strategically organized by their partner, Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB), highlighting a collaborative commitment to SME growth.

At Foster Digital Education, we understand that while Namibian SMEs often demonstrate remarkable innovation and drive, a common hurdle to their growth is the lack of access to credit and other sources of capital. Our experience indicates that this challenge is frequently rooted in insufficient financial systems and management. Recognizing this, our involvement in this project was a critical step towards empowering these businesses with essential financial knowledge.

Our comprehensive training covered practical topics from taxation to financial reporting, aiming to equip business owners with skills for efficient operations and investment readiness. The overwhelmingly positive feedback underscored the program's impact, and we commend the NIPDB and The Rössing Foundation for their initiative.
